Changing fonts in Clarion 9

By accident I found how you can change the font in the Clarion 9 application generator part of the IDE.  It wasn't at all where I would have ever expected it!!!

To access it, drop down the "Tools" menu and click on "Application Options"

Then scroll to the last tab called "Dialogs"

Click on the "AppGen Dialog Font" button and you can select a new font for the entire AppGen part!  By default it's set to 9 point Segoe UI.  I changed it to 10 point Segoe UI which makes it easier for me to look at the app-tree and embed-tree.

The font in the Editor is set in a different place.  To change the font again drop down the "Tools" menu and select "Options"  Then expand the "Text Editor" node and you can now set the font size.

In the edtor you can also zoom in and out by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the wheel on the mouse.  Here is an example:

This is about the normal font size I use when looking at code.  Sometimes I really need to concentrate on parts of code, for example if there is a syntax error and I'm just not seeing it.  Then I just hold the Ctrl key down and scroll "up" with the wheel (away from you) and I get bigger characters:

This makes the code more readable and is less strain on the eyes.
